I also enjoyed the positive reaction in the room at #cshlmbiome to our "succinotypes", recently published in BMC Microbiome from the pharmabiome.com team (doi.org/10.1186/s401...). The bimodal partitioning of the succinate consumer guild never ceases to amaze me. Summary: bsky.app/profile/gabe...

What pleasure to participate at #cshlmbiome last week! The science was really excellent—deep thinkers that are going after mechanisms in microbiomes and not just descriptive associations. It's what we need to move the translational field forward.

Intense and very productive week attending #cshlmbiome! I particularly loved the amount of novel results presented at talks and posters, and the very collaborative environment...this should be the norm! 👆 Kudos to the organizers for this fantastic meeting!

It's beautiful weather today at the #cshlmbiome conference!
#PacBio just hosted a packed microbial workshop featuring guest speaker Gang Fang. He talked about studying the stable and dynamic nature of bacterial epigenomes, with an emphasis on HiFi #methylation data.
Greeting to #cshlmbiome 2024 from Finland 👋🇫🇮
Big thanks to @cshlmeetings organizers who made an active participation possible regardless of our location and timezones, as well as to the participants who are actively networking online.
Great to be “there” 👩🏻🔬🧫🦠💻

Fantastic start to the CSHL Microbiome Conference! Looking forward to 5 days of great science 🤩 #cshlmbiome 🍂🍁 The campus looks so pretty in autumn too!
Although joining from a different part of the world, time-zone 🇫🇮 and online only, still enormously interesting and inspiring! 👩🏻🔬🦠#cshlmbiome @cshlmeetings
