had some chia in water and then a fruit-and-things smoothie for dinner and my tummy feels happier, also it tasted very nice. blendered an apple, some cucumber, spinach, blueberries, parsley, lemon balm, mint, kefir, & one ice cube. #cwfood #butdefinitelynotdieting #hashtags :P
