Dissection and head wound scars were added, and the end of the tail was removed to show where it was chewed off from stress. The blue sun thing behind him and the grass he stands on were added because the drawing felt empty without them.

A fan comic from Baldur's Gate 3 featuring Ketheric Thorm, Lord Gortash, and the Dark Urge. In the first panel, the Dark Urge licks Gortash's wounded neck while Gortash drinks healing potion. Ketheric Thorm stands nearby, holding a report and saying "Reports show your monthly intake of healing potions exceeds that of half our forces." The second panel is a close-up where Gortash, disheveled and marked, turns to Ketheric and says "Back off, old man. I've already died twice." Ketheric looks completely shocked and angry, shouting in large text: "YOU WHAT?!". The last panel, labeled "SOME TIME EARLIER:", shows the pale Dragonborn Dark Urge carrying Gortash's limp, bloody body. The Dark Urge says politely "I'd like one Revivify, please".
