Gold Dot Classic IPA

The name doesn't lie - this beer harkens back to the early 2010s. Centennial, Cascade, Amarillo, and Chinook hops are giving this beer a classic piney, lemongrass, and grapefruit flavor profile. Nicely bitter.

The dark malts are really heavy in this beer. Very bitter at the end. I enjoy the beer but think barrel aging will really help it. Let some of the extreme maltiness fall off and bring out the coffee and brown sugar flavors. Still great

and ending with a woody, mango pith flavor. Absolutely no bitterness. I'm flying through this glass - it's absolutely delicious. It drinks less than its 9.1% ABV. I still prefer regular Ripe, but this is fantastic.

It's prime - coming out last November and they instructed folks to drink immediately. But the stone fruit comes through well, maybe not as bright as they once sang. Medium pucker. Lovely beer.

Little Beast Brewing Usmiech

This beer pours a straw color with a tall, off white head. The head dissipates quickly. The hops are fragrant and the taste is slight bready sweetness with a very light touch of hops. Very clean.

Single Hill In Phase Export Stout

This beer pours black with a very tall dark brown head. Lovely aromas of roasted malts, chocolate, and coffee. The beer is very roasty and bitter. It's a very strong export stout, but I like it.

Single Hill Brewing Lateral A Bold IPA

Big hop flavors and aroma on this beer. Guava, lemon, pineapple, berries. This IPA has very strong flavors. Their label of "Bold IPA" is appropriate.
