Ultimately that's a question of process within the party or parties themselves.

#RalphNader and #XiJinping are not so far apart on that. #socialist_consultative_democracy and #deliberative_democracy and even the way #Wikipedia #ArbCom works isn't all that different.

I believe ONE constitution would, and just be transitional like the old Articles of Confederation... But the process of a #deliberative_democracy effort to get to at least a reasoned consensus and minority dissensus, would produce two relatively fair and modern basic law sets for 2-9 new countries.
