Well, there we have it. At about the point the photos on the link were taken, I hit the 300 mile mark at Hengistbury Head. 300 miles cycled in June for #DementiaUK.
32.62 miles ridden tonight to add on making 317.75 miles for the month - and a few days left to go.
A very busy last week meant that I couldn't get out on the bike - but put that right tonight with ride number 10 for #DementiaUK..
Out to Boscombe, past the home of football, back via Merley and Broadstone - 27.69 miles logged.
