The subject matter for this piece is based on a fan theory that Alhaitham and Cyno have details in their stories that connect them to the narratives of King Deshret and High Priest Kasala respectively, and text in the game connects those two in a meaningful capacity.

I think Kasala has his fair share of jealousy and possessiveness. Like he would leave lipstick kissmarks all over his Lord's neck, and King Deshret would just look amused, letting his faithful priest mark him.
