i had a bunch of pre-chopped veg in my fridge that was about to turn so i needed to either use it, or wash it and try to reseal it. Using it seemed easier. i par boiled the veg, and mixed up some puree, madras herbs, kashmiri chilli, veg stock, soy sauce, worcs, and pan roasted the sauce to reduce while the veg gets upto, speed. i used my mixer to smash up the veg a bit. I strained off the water to use to cook the brown wholegrain brown basmati .
mix in the sauce in stages.

it rested in the oven over night. and has had a few hours cook this afternoon. a Last stir just now then final few hours of cook time. I'll turn off heat before I sleep. Then portion into containers in the morning.
