People filling out paper applications in a gray room

The lines of people waiting to be screened. The line continues behind me and down a hall.

I am at a Kansas City job fair.

If there were ever a golden opportunity for service design and process improvement, I know it not.

Intercepts, digital improvements, push notifications, digital registration, I mean, just a "now serving #" board would be a huge improvement!
