First muddy ride of the winter on the#suzuki #drz400s at #prairiecitysvra I bit it almost immediately, I was in my own head about traction when I should have not been second guessing my skills and the bike’s capabilities. Next time will be better now that the bandaid has been ripped off.

Loaded the #drz400s onto the new #crosstrekwilderness with the #hitchhauler for the first time. It did the job pretty well! I don’t think that I would go bombing down any crazy trails in this configuration but that’s what the DRZ is for 👍 Thanks to Ray Emanuel at #maitasubaru for getting me set up 🤙

What started with an attempt to get out on an unwilling 2001 #yamaha #fz1 ended with a day in the dirt on the 2023 #suzuki #drz400s at #prairiecitysvra #oldbikeproblems but still a good day on two 👍

Rode the #drz400s around #prairiecitysvra for a couple of hours last Tuesday, this uncharacteristically mild weather is a treat for #folsomca it even drizzled a bit! 🌧️

Lost a clutch cover when I was riding some #singletrack at #prairiecitysvra didn’t notice it was missing until I got home. I didn’t like the idea of losing parts like that so after some research I found this #polisport Engine Guard Kit made to fit the #Suzuki #drz400s

#dirtbike ride at #prairiecitysvra on the #suzuki #drz400s did 20 rode two hours nonstop for 20 miles of diverse terrain, rocky trails and hills, sand, #singletrack and #motocross

First #dirtbike sesh with the coworkers at #foresthillohv in #tahoenationalforest the #drz400s did really well and the old #saturnvue with the #drawtite receiver #hitchcarrier have proven trustworthy after taking #iowahillroad road home. If it didn’t fall off there it’s not falling off 😳🙃😂

Well, I tried. Rode the #drz400s out to #prairiecitysvra, made the old codger at the gate smile/chuckle, tiptoed around the practice #MX track once and left. It was like riding on ice and I want going to try the slippery rocky trails. #nothingventured

On the 3rd of my #realtimeops night shifts. Made it through the #redflagwarning with no effects on our portion of the #bulkelectricsystem at the beginning of the week hoping for the best for those affected by the #franklinfire though. Hope to get some time on the #drz400s Friday after my last shift.
