On Saint Paul: The Skyways With a new mayor in Saint Paul, can we set aside incrementalism for bold thinking?

But it seems like most of the "advocacy" for the skyway system is based on a nostalgia of what it was. Sadly, downtown lacks the vibrancy to have BOTH a thriving skyway network AND vibrant streets.
