Overproofed loaf of sourdough. Looks meh, tastes great!

This would be considered an “over proof” fail but … it actually tastes amazing! Super dense and chewy inside. Good sourdough flavor. Not the prettiest, sadly.

Second batch of bagels!!🥯 Delicious. Added a little baking soda and honey to the water this time and it helped with a chewy crust and beautiful color. I also boiled them for 2-3 minutes of each side because I like that chewy texture. 🍽️
