Beige knitted poncho with a felted and embroidered medieval green dragon curled around the shoulders. The head and end of the tail are visible at the front

Wool rovings in flecked pale mustard, beside the same spun and plied and wound into a ball which is on a rotating holder, and beside that there part of the final crocheted garment.
Three stages, obviously all ongoing at once because why would you finish #spinning before starting to #crochet!!

Assorted chaos space marine bits from older plastic sculpts as well as two pewter sculpts from the mid-90's
Next project. Restoring some of the #chaosspacemarines that I got from a bulk sale. I should have enough bitz to rebuild most or all of them, but the challenge will be to mitigate the smaller scale so that they don't look silly standing next to the modern sculpts.

Untouched canvas showing a printed picture of various flowers in some sort of vase on a white background. There are white pansy sort of flowers maybe, some pointy petalled red ones and some sprays of small red or for some reason brown flowers…
The canvas now has scribbles turning the vase into a broad tree trunk as of an old oak. The tree has the flowers as its crown and is growing on the sloping bank of a lake, beyond which are more trees and some birds and clouds in the sky
Another eBay rescue- flowers in a vase? Pot? It will be a tree whose crown is colourful flowers, standing by a lake. Possibly a gift for my mother in law who has been helping to look after me…

A printed canvas on a tapestry frame. The original design is pansies and leaves on a dark background, a small frog has been drawn in clinging to a petal and is shooting lasers from its eyes to incinerate a flower on the other side of the canvas. That bloom is in flames.
Starting the latest cushion. The canvas is an eBay rescue (you can see the patches already embroidered) and I have added a laser eye frog. Obviously, how could you avoid it?

Five handkerchiefs with an ‘M’ embroidered in white thread, beside a motif which is vaguely sashiko inspired. Three are orange, one a brownish orange and one is an orange, yellow and blue plaid.
One of the orange handkerchiefs featuring a leaf beside a cube shaped container made from white fabric with a dark grey traditional sashiko motif (technically hitomezashi) all over it. The rim and base have simple borders in orange thread.
Gifts for my dad’s birthday. There’s the scarf on my loom, and then these hankies which I’ve monogrammed in this little basket. The basket isn’t finished but this side looks nice..!

A piece of linen is stretched on a tapestry frame. A colour painting of a fox has been printed on it taking up most of the fabric. On top of that some idiot has been trying out design ideas in washable pen. Around the foxes head is a sketch of a large rip, as if it is peering through fabric. Some stripes and geometric sections can be seen on that fabric, and if you looked closely at the right hand side you would see the outline of a cat jumping down from the rip.
Next project. Birthday cushion III, youngest (15) edition. Already victim to my developing design process (see layers of scribbles!). Base is an offcut of printed linen fabric with a fox on it, but most of that will be hidden.

A needlepoint square for a cushion cover with a border of roses and a ring of roses in the centre on a cream background. In the centre of that ring there is a swirling void and chasm, out of which emerge seven purple tentacles with yellow suckers to destroy some of the flowers and thrash about.
I finished the cushion for my daughter’s birthday!
Laura Ashley pattern from eBay for the basic roses design (the previous owner had done a couple of rows) and my own design for the rest…
I’ll make it into a cushion next.
