Made fantastic wild boar stew, served w croquettes & endive salad.
Dr. Heger’s ‘17 Spätburgunder Mimus is perfect pairing.

Lunch is stewed rabbit leg w prunes, a simple endive salad + croquettes.
Delicious ‘18 Château d’Ercole, St. Émilion Grand Cru. Dark fruit, velvety, molten tannins. 90-92
