He's wearing his red suit minus the cowl, so his whole head is showing. Eobard is kneeling over Barry, he too with his cowl pulled off. He's in the act of holding his own throat as red flowers similar to poppies sprout from his mouth, seemingly stopping what he was going to do to Barry. He looks like he can't breathe but his eyes are fixed on Barry nonetheless.
