I tried gabapentin and it was awful. Didn't help and made me sleepy all day. The fun with #EssentialTremors never ends. I find you got to laugh about it as much as you can. For example, I have an excuse not to bring you a glass of water or whatever from the kitchen. but thank you for asking.

I take propranolol for essential tremors. I thought it impacted blood pressure too, but it did not for me. It did make me feel very drunk for about a month every time I took it. Now I only feel mildly drunk. #EssentialTremors
