Our team had the pleasure of meeting Sean Collins, a core contributor to Hanami — a modern Ruby web framework focused on simplicity and maintainability.
It was great to connect with someone shaping the future of Ruby web development.

After an awesome time at #ExploreDDD, I'm back home and ready to continue working on JitterTix, the example #EventSourcing app in #Java, #TDD, a tiny bit of #SpringBoot and no other libraries (well, a few small ones, but not for the EventSourcing).
#exploreddd was work highlight of my year! Such an open, welcoming, and thoughtful community. That said, there was some controversy when Chris Lauer and @elizayer.bsky.social explained why we have 122 weather forecast offices. Turns out the earth’s surface curves, so radar only reaches so far!
Thank you #ExploreDDD and Denver for one of the best technical conferences around 🙌🏾

We just wrapped up our first #ExploreDDD Conference in Denver, and what an incredible journey it’s been! 🎉
It was a true honor to join the largest Domain‑Driven Design conference in the US, and we’re so grateful for the warm welcome and thoughtful feedback on “Model Mitosis”
Closing keynote at #exploreddd is gonna be great. It's @rebeccawb.bsky.social !
Definition: an incident is anything where the incident response process is needed to respond to it.

Like you need to bring in multiple teams, and incident command to coordinate.
If you write software these days, you have to understand observability. Testing will not be enough.

When incidents are too painful,
have more incidents.
Lower the threshold for "incident". Get practice at gathering people, looking at production, and learning what's going on.

Hey #ExploreDDD, it’s a violation of the laws if physics to have @ruthmalan.bsky.social and @jessicakerra.bsky.social in the same slot!
I’m literally gonna have to split myself into two!
The rules of language impact how we do DDD, as well as how we develop models.
Humans & AI systems who understand how language works and doesn’t work will help us build a more understanding world.
The structure of our language impact our broader social context.
