Monday got off to a slow start as I struggled to get out of bed. I finally got my ass to the gym all be it late. I did a quick 5 minutes cardio warm up on the treadmill, then completed my full strength training workout.

It was Leg Day workout day. Started out with a 20 minute run/walk on the treadmill. Then moved on to strength training. I was determined to get through the whole thing. I kicked ass. Now tomorrow is my scheduled day off from the gym, giving me time to recover.
