P6 had a go at making Sushi today as part of their comparative study of Japan and Scotland. Lots of great teamwork skills on show as well as some fabulous cutting skills, too! It went down a treat! Some even had a dip in Soy sauce to enhance the flavour! #teamwork #foodtechnogy #bringingIDLtolife
