This is Waverly Wright, a formaling witch that my friend created for a story set within the Transformers Prime universe. She wears this outfit for special meetings, but forgive me if it's not exactly the pose my friend wanted her character to be in.

Based on my friend's eye design, I wasn't sure if Waverly was supposed to have gray or blue eyes, so I went with a steel blue color. God forgive my God awful lighting on this picture, but I had to use my phone camera for this!
