A round pastry, with a hole, covered in a cinnamon sugar and caramel glaze. Custard is peaking out of the layers. The layers of dough melt in your mouth, perfectly complemented by the delicious creamy custard. A wonderful morale booster.

Our neighbourhood bakery does the same. They call them cronuts, and they are divine. So much nicer than donuts. I try to have one #ForMorale on a regular basis.

I poured my mixture of chocolate and coconut oil over a serving of ice cream Kilinchy Gold (chocolate and Boysenberry, I think it’s new, and yes, you should try it) and it set hard… allowing me just enough time to balance strawberries on top and have them stick there.

I don’t know who needs to hear this right now, but if you melt two parts dark chocolate and then add one part coconut oil, then mix it all together, you can pour it over ice cream, and I’m sure you’ve worked out where this is going.

What radicalized you? Nothing. Not wanting people to starve and suffer is not radical, it's normal. Stop saying it's radical to be bad level empathetic, and start asking what made people into sadists. Call out sick behavior, because I'm tired of people thinking kindness shouldn't be the default.

I've been super fatigued and brain fogged the last two days, but I've managed all my meds, did necessary household errands, etc. Just need some rest, I hope.
