Others, brick layers all denied the liberty she'd symbolised. Their labor gave her a foundation, yet history locked their names away. This isn't just about a stash issue, it's slavery, irony, and the hands that built America. Imagine freedom without their toil. So why don't we know them ? Their stories buried.
