Three sourdoughs today. On the right is the revived one that I had archived as dry flakes 8 years ago. The two others will rise fine as well, BUT iN THE FRIDGE. I do not let them double at RT before. I know that you can read that everywhere, but it is not necessary.
Today I freshened up my sourdough. Usually I have just two: rye and wheat. But I decided to keep the successfully reanimated SD from 2018 as well. It is healthy, strong and h*rny as f*ck. 😅
I'll use it to bake something nice for our sunday breakfast. 😋
