After 8 days on zoom #FriendsGeneralConference (so much #Quaker talk) my body was craving a swim in the pool & a soak in the hot tub. The Eng & Span conversation in the sauna was food prep for the upcoming spectacle this afternoon & NOT QUIET CONVERSATION.
Still, now my body is refreshed too. 🙂 JOY
