TechnipFMC Announces Second-Quarter 2025 Results TechnipFMC (NYSE:FTI) reported strong Q2 2025 results with revenue of $2.53 billion, up 9.0% year-over-year. Net income reached $269.5 million ($0.64 per share), a 44.5% increase from Q2 2024.The company secured $2.8 billion in total inbound orders, with Subsea accounting for $2.6 billion and a book-to-bill ratio of 1.2x. Total backlog grew to $16.6 billion, with Subsea backlog at $15.8 billion. The quarter saw robust cash generation with $344 million in operating cash flow and $261 million in free cash flow.TechnipFMC demonstrated strong shareholder returns, distributing $271 million through dividends and share repurchases, including $250 million in buybacks. The company maintains its full-year 2025 guidance, expecting Subsea revenue of $8.4-8.8 billion and Surface Technologies revenue of $1.2-1.35 billion.
