Inertia is real. 90 day unexpected off season from #triathlon due to hand injury, no #swimming or #biking, and death in the family = #running only 2x/wk. Put on 20 lbs. Just did 30 mins of #Fulgaz, then 25 mins of #weights. Now work, but I gotta ride tomorrow, cuz object in motion stays in motion.
Winter is coming, which means the turbo is up! Certainly making the most of my new #FulGaz subscription.
