A non-canon alternative timeline where instead of being turned off. Desire and Minim have to fight, Ultimately they lost, and while their bodies still have some function make their way to the flower room. There they rest against one of the trees, enjoying the last moments they have with eachother. "I love you." Desire whispers while cupping Minims cheek, her smile soft even as her gaze darkens. "I love you too Dear, and I'll see you in our next lives." Minim smiles, gently closing Desire's eyes before taking her hand, giving it a soft squeeze as she passes first, her arm falling. He follows shortly after, joining Desire for the next adventure they might take. You are a universe hopper, accidentally finding these two, still in each other's arms, even as their bodies slowly rust and corrode away, and as the moss and nature take over. But at least. They look at peace.
