As she's answering Clotho's question she's interrupted in cyberspace by Atropos who explains that the sacrifice of 721 still doesn't have her approval. When 721 explains that she didn't bother since this is weighed against John's life, Atropos snaps and shouts about her unwillingness to lose 721 as well. Atropos then collapses in misery as 721 looks on.

This entire segment is going to literally take place during the middle of that one line of dialogue, one of the advantages to communicating solely between digital entities.
