SUNYLA Future Librarians Day 2025 What is Future Librarians Day (FLD)? FLD is an event that allows students in Library and Information Science (or those interested in academic librarianship) to learn about the various career paths available in academic libraries directly from librarians currently working in the field. This event consisted of three moderated panels and concluded with an hour-long breakout session where participants asked even more questions to our panelists. All panelists were current SUNY Librarians.
