We see the lower frequencies, mostly on the night-side of the planet, 10m on the day side. The lower frequencies are refracting from lower ionospheric layers than the higher frequencies do.

An incoming CME from the M2.8 eruption on 16 March is expected to hit Earth more-or-less straight-on between approx 21h tonight and 12h midday tomorrow.
A second, smaller CME may reach us on the 21st.

The CME impact is forecast for 09 Dec in the morning, although there's usually several hours' uncertainty in the timings. A NOAA G3 storm watch is currently in effect for 09 Dec.

The other models do not predict it, so it's very unlikely to occur. The same model run tomorrow may not predict it at all.
