Nephew #3 and I made snickerdoodle’s from “Let’s Bake Gluten Free Volume 2” by Erin Collins tonight. Used King Arthur measure for measure. They’re very airy, which is not what I typically think of for snickerdoodle’s, but they’re yummy!
