今日は一昨日買ったダークチェリーの種を抜いて、お砂糖とリキュールとバニラとスパイスで煮てみることに（分量は適当）🍒🍋🍾
少し煮詰まってきたところでチェリーを分けてグラタン皿に敷き詰め、生地を流し込んでクラフティに。一緒に煮たレモンの皮も食べてみたら美味しかったのでこれも小さく切ってアクセントに散らしてみました。
