Two men are cleaning a giant man's foot, that has expanded to fill the door frame, and said giant has completely filled the room he's in, thanks to a special enlargement cream from one of his company's partners, who sent a gift package to celebrate their renewed relations. One man is commenting on the not-so-wise decision taken by the now-giant, much to the now-giant's embarrassment.
