Another heads-up for the #glycoRNA community from Uni MarburgπŸ‘‡There are many glycoproteins co-isolated with RNA by TRIzol method. They persist throughout RNA sample processing and are not easily degraded by proteinase K. Careful what you are looking at in an RNA blot!
