Back from #gpc2025. Great to have a graphics conference in the EU with high quality presentations. Especially loved the one about path tracing in Doom The Dark Ages and raytracing voxels in Teardown. Very entertaining!

#gpc2025 was great! Met a lot of folks who I haven't seen in decades, or only know them from the internet, or haven't known them at all! I was a bit scared that after a decade out of rendering, everything would be way over my head, but turns out I could follow along just fine.

Graphics Programming Conference 2025 Elias Farhan is a indie game developer, programmer, teacher and speaker. He has fun with the gameboy, computer graphics, game engine programming, C++, prototyping with Unity and online multiplayer game programming.

#GPC2025 was a lot of fun. It was good to see old faces and meet new ones. I met many students and folks just starting out and got to talk clouds and volumetrics with them. The opportunities for these face to face exchanges is why physical conferences are so important. Looking forward to #GPC2026 !
