Had some excellent news about a friend who's been through tough times. And am going to the seaside tomorrow afternoon for fish & chips, via the cheese shop and the fish smokery #granddayout

📚 Day out in Haworth. Had a bit of a mooch!
📖 I bought a gift for a friend from one of the many gift shops. Spent a good while learning at the Brontë museum. Partner got a jigsaw and two books!

We haven't been to #FountainsAbbey for years until Saturday, and it was a #GrandDayOut.

Every year on my birthday, I take the day off work and go on what I call a #GrandDayOut. (I'm a few days early this year because I'll be looking after a two-year-old on my actual birthday).
So far I've been for a haircut and had an *amazing* breakfast burrito, and now I'm off to the movies!
