A large gumboot lying on the footpath, with a pool of water on it. The boot is black with a yellow sole. Beside the footpath is the verge, with green plants, probably weeds, growing, and damp soil visible as it has been raining. At the top right of the frame a very small section of road is visible. The photo was taken at a busy intersection, so perhaps the boot fell out of a ute or truck as it was turning the corner.

Sitting by a creek, living the dream :) #hotjungletip #Gumboots have many benefits in the bush. They give you a lot of foot protection and confidence. But they come at a disadvantage, they are very hot. Having them in direct sun light while trying to cool down is also not optimal.
