A few years ago a colleague asked me “how much do you allow yourself to be bored at work?” We were talking about how rushing constantly can take you to burnout & how boredom can trigger creativity, and now I realise it helps with resensitising to dopamine -making us more focused #hackyourbrain

Splash your face with cold water for a short boost to the brain cells! Great if you need a push to do something for about 5 minutes :P
