Got this small light therapy unit last year on Amazon. I felt it helped lift my mood a bit during our long northern Illinois winters. It’s been cloudy the last few days, so I just turn it on 15-30 minutes in the morning as I am drinking my coffee. #happylight ☕️ 💡
