I really like this route. The holds and structure are firmly outside my norm. For some reason I decided to try an unstable step-through before settling on the much more effective and enjoyable footswap in the middle there. What was I thinking?

Here's that cave V3 I mentioned yesterday.
I tried heel hooks, toe hooks, all manner of betas, but kept cutting loose. Turns out that this works for me.
Wow, this was difficult, though. Need to get my strength back!

Sometimes I climb things. I'm less good than I was pre-Covid and pre-kid.
The black V3 in the cave here was really tough — took a few attempts to nail it.
