It fits in the niche of the LINC-8 & PDP-12; however it's not compatible with either of those systems on the binary level, and the choice of the name "MINC" was only marketing towards those who remembered the LINC.
Also for a overall smaller(?) system size- you could have the H11 from #heathkit.

I am currently working on #HeathKit #H89 bring-up, bc the hardware is stable. Will continue on #Intellivision once it's working.

If ny1 wnts to hlp with #Intellivision, 1st goal is get a ROM emu using PiRTOII cart, but with fw using the #RP2040 PIO.
