Kindness is needed now more than ever
During my 41 years of working, Monday was always a “dread” day. Now, we are so very grateful for Mon’s & our volunteer time we spend at our church’s Food Pantry. Receiving & organizing food for 38 families to come pick up is blessing that deeply touches us.

Helping Meals on Wheels OC pets today thanks to our ongoing partnership! We mainly updated vaccines, but were also able to drain a kitten's abscess & start him on antibiotics.

We received an urgent call that this aggressive primate needed oral meds, so sprung into action to use our bare hands to medicate him. Luckily he is doing better now, although we did lose part of a finger. Just glad we could help!

Feeling so grateful & happy to be working today - for good folks w/ values I align with - so I can continue feeding my chickens, songbirds, hummingbirds, chipmunks & stray cats. Giving the animals some peace & stability this winter is the best feeling.
