A pair of #HiddenHornPlayers spotted at the Arxiu de la Corona d’Aragó (General Archive of the Crown of Aragon) in Barcelona by my friend and colleague Uli Hübner. Aren't they splendid?

My friend Tim Dyess spotted these #hiddenhorn / #hiddenhornplayers in a detail of this collage in an exhibition of Robert Doisneau's photography at the Musee Maillot in Paris. Individually this photo is entitled "Monsieur Rochard, professeur de cor" (1949),

They make up part of a ceramic bas-relief by Max van der Linden and given by the Belgian royal family to the Irish president Éamon de Valera who had it placed on display at the Academy. #hiddenhornplayers #hiddenhorn

Aaron Robinson (of "Photoshopped Horns") recently spotted these early 19th century #HiddenHornPlayers lurking in the collection of the @museelouvre.bsky.social  They are thought to be models or replicas of details from the Empress's jewellery box.

How about these two #HiddenHornPlayers spotted by Jez Ainsworth-Moores recently? He discovered them in the surrounds of a rather grand fireplace at at Brympton House near Yeovil.

I visited the Musée Jacquemart-André today and spotted a few #HiddenHornPlayers including this one here - this is from "Diane surprise par Actéon", a tapestry made in Brussels in the late 16th century.
