On my #sectionhike of the NCT, I try to mix up some "good" sections and some less exciting. This year the plan is to complete the UP section (Pictured Rocks), some lower MI(roads) and more miles in central MN (forest/prairie).

In 2024 I hiked 269 new, unique miles of the North Country Trail. Including two big trips to western Minnesota (+.5 miles of ND). Quite a few road/bike trail miles, but also really nice nature sections and more big sculptures than you would expect.
