Au Musée National d’Irlande, nous avons eu la chance d’en apprendre plus sur le Hill of Tara, un site archéologique important depuis l’âge de pierre. Cet emplacement est considéré comme un endroit mythique et symbolise le passé celtique du territoire. Il était considéré comme un lieu de contact entre le monde des hommes et celui des dieux, expliquant pourquoi il fut utilisé comme site d’enterrement, faisant ainsi de lui un lieu de culte. De nos jours, le Hill of Tara est un lieu de pèlerinage culturel et spirituel et représente l’identité irlandaise. De plus, il a aussi été le lieu de résistance, notamment contre des projets d’autoroutes proche du site.

Eine Gruppe von etwa sechs bis sieben braunen Pilzen wächst dicht beieinander auf einem mit Moos bewachsenen Baumstamm. Die Pilze haben hellbraune, leicht wellige Hüte mit weißen Lamellen unterhalb. Der Baumstamm ist grünlich-braun und mit dichtem, leuchtend grünem Moos bedeckt. Einige vertrocknete Blätter liegen um die Pilze herum. Das Bild zeigt einen Ausschnitt vom Wurzelbereich des Baumes mit einem Fokus auf die Pilzgruppe.
