Volunteers stopped clearing the path along the #HogsMillRiver #Hogsmilllane @RBKingston @ContactKingston
when the council stopped helping with the big stuff. The mattress has been reported 3 times since 6.12.22, has its own flytip number, rubbish constantly added.
