Flash a PBA card and avoid a ticket? Damning report on the practice draws little response There's no sign of official action since the state comptroller's office slammed the practice of letting drivers with PBA cards off the hook.

Of course, this doesn't happen in my own cool little town. I asked the Chief. "No way!!! Not in this town."
