Memorial to Thomas Whincop, Hull Minster. Polychrome bust of an early 17C clergyman, in architectural setting, with decoration including skulls.
He's not unlike the Thomas Whincop one at #HullMinster, also 1620s. He lost his heraldic device (originally at the top) because of a later monument being placed above him.
