After 2 days of T-giving dinner/supper/leftovers, it's back to eating healthy. Good thing eating healthy is easy.
Baked cod w/ranch seasoning, sweet potato fries, and arugula/roasted onion salad. Very yummy, 500 calories, 310mg sodium.
