First hydroponically grown beet. I normally only grow them for their leaves and stems for salads.

Also some freshly picked tomats also hydroponically grown.

It’s not pretty, but this now 1 year old tomato set is alive, producing & doing well.
It’s definitely a topic of discussion when we have visitors.
Read that the oldest surviving tomato plant ever was in China and they kept the plant alive for 87 years!
